On-site construction progress monitoring

We capture the site once a month along the same route and display the two stages side by side. You can see what has actually been completed during that period and what is now concealed by finishes. The result is a link that clients, investors and contractors can open on their phones.

The benefits

  • A photo shows what the site supervisor chooses to show. The survey captures the entire site, including details you may not have planned to document
  • Disputes over work quantities are resolved in a minute. Open last month’s record to check whether the work had been completed then. No site visits or debates over who remembers what
  • Work that is later concealed remains available to view. Capturing the site before walls are closed up preserves a record of service routes, reinforcement and construction details. A year later, you will not need to open up the structure to locate a riser
  • Keep track of your site remotely. Especially useful when the site is in another city or you manage several sites: you can see what is happening without travelling

Two stages of the site, side by side

One capture documents a moment in time. The value of comparison comes with the second.

We display the previous and current site conditions side by side and show the differences: where work has progressed, where it has stalled and what has been concealed by finishes. Everything opens via a browser link, with a measurement tool so you can take dimensions directly on screen.

  • Prepare investor reports using a single link instead of a folder of photos
  • Contractors can see which work areas have been accepted and which are still awaiting acceptance
  • You retain the full survey archive and can revisit any recorded date

How it works

The first site visit. We walk through the site, record the route and capture positions, and document the initial condition
Then, once a month. The same route, on the same day each month. Each capture takes a few hours
A few days later, you receive a link. A new capture and a comparison with the previous site conditions
The archive grows over time. All previous captures remain accessible through the same link

Who is it suitable for?

Client-side technical managers — see actual site conditions without weekly site visits
For property developers — oversee several sites at once and report to investors
For finishing contractors — document accepted work areas and work that has been concealed
Property owners — understand what you are paying for and keep a dated record of site conditions

What to know in advance

  • Site access passes. Arranging access for the team to an active construction site can take up to two weeks — we allow for this when scheduling the first visit
  • Lighting. Capture quality is lower on floors without lighting, so daylight or portable lighting provided by the site team is needed
  • Matching capture positions. A month later, scaffolding or materials may occupy the original capture positions. We follow the same route as closely as possible, but cannot guarantee identical framing
