Panoramic tour: pricing by capture point
If you need a simpler tour, without an exact 3D model and measurements, we do a classic panoramic tour with stitching of spherical panoramas. Price - per shooting point, cheaper for large volumes:

Scanning and hosting are separate parts of your order
First, we calculate the price of scanning your property. Then we choose how to deliver and host the results:
- Scanning from 15 000 ₽. The price depends on the property's size, complexity and access conditions.
- Export to your server. Export is priced separately; server setup and tour installation are optional extras.
- 360° Space hosting. An alternative hosting option, paid for the period you choose and billed separately from scanning.
- Additional deliverables. Plans, point clouds, BIM, tags, languages and other options are agreed and priced separately.
Our proposal specifies the scope of work, schedule and delivery method. The scanning price does not automatically include a year of hosting, export, measured drawings or all additional formats.
What determines the price of a 3D tour?

- Aerial photography and 360 video — from 10,000 ₽ per point.
Reduce cost
- Order quantity — 5% discount from 5 objects, 10% from 10;
- Package for developers — showroom + standard layouts at a reduced price per lot;
- Affiliate terms for agencies and regular customers;
- Panoramic format instead of 3D scanning if you do not need an accurate 3D model.
Export or hosting
After scanning, you choose where to host your tour. With export, the tour is delivered for installation on your server; with hosting, we host it for the period you choose. Each option is priced separately in the calculator. Hosting is charged from the first period and is not included in the advertised scanning price of 15 000 ₽ or more.

The total includes scanning, your chosen hosting option—export or hosting with us—and any additional options. Before you place an order, we agree on the area to be scanned, access to the property, the required deliverables and the schedule.
How is scanning multiple properties priced?
We prepare a quote based on the number of properties, their size and how similar their layouts are. Package terms and the discount are specified in the proposal; hosting is listed as a separate item.
Is hosting included in the scanning price?
No. Hosting is charged separately from the first period you select. Instead of hosting with us, you can request a tour export for your own server; export and installation are also priced separately.
Can I get a price before the site visit?
Yes. Tell us the city, property type, floor area and required deliverables, or use our online calculator. We will check the requirements for the site visit and prepare a quote.
How do I choose between export and hosting?
Choose hosting if you would like us to host your tour for an agreed period. Choose export for installation on your own server. Before payment, we will clarify the server requirements, whether the features you need are available and the installation cost.
