Frequently asked questions
How does 360° video differ from a 3D tour?
In a video, viewers follow the edit and choose where to look. In a tour, they move between capture points themselves. We will select the format for your use case.
How is the price calculated?
We will agree on the price and currency for your property. Floor area, number of zones, access conditions, deliverables, export and hosting affect the estimate.
Does the property need to close during capture?
It depends on the property and format. We will agree on access, timing and room preparation in advance. If visitors must stay out of view, we will choose a suitable time with you.
When will the result be ready?
We will agree on capture, processing and delivery timing after assessing the property and scope. External publication also depends on the platform conditions and moderation.
