How it works: from filming to embedding on a website
The process is simple, but there are nuances that we have worked out over 400+ projects.
Step 1. Preparing the object. The day before the shooting, the construction manager prepares the apartment: removes construction debris, turns on the lights, closes unnecessary doors. If we rent a furnished showroom, we ask you to remove personal belongings and turn on all decorative lights. It’s a small thing, but the shot without the backlight on in the kitchen looks dead.
Step 2. Shoot with a Matterport Pro3 camera. Standard apartment 60–80 m² – 1.5–2 hours. A two-level penthouse of 220 m² in St. Petersburg was rented for 4 hours including lunch. The camera is placed every 1.5–2 meters, makes a 360° sphere and laser measurements. The error is 1% at 3 meters.
Step 3. Processing and assembly. 3–5 business days. We glue the spheres together, mark transition points, add a menu, developer branding, and a “submit a request” button right in the tour. Upon request, we will sew in a floor plan with clickable rooms.
Step 4. Placement. We give three options to choose from: the 360° Space cloud with our technical support and high-speed servers, deployment on the customer’s server (relevant for large developers with an internal IT department) or offline assembly - a standalone version for a PC in the sales department or a separate assembly for a VR headset for exhibitions and MIPIM. Yes, this is a separate service - virtual staging. We shoot the “gray key” and add furniture, light and textures in post-processing. It costs more than a basic shoot, but saves on showroom furnishings.

The standard period is 3–5 working days. If you need a built-in application form, floor plan and branding - plus 2-3 days. We do urgent launches within 48 hours by agreement.
