If you have an in-house design team and only need the source data, we scan the entire site and deliver a point cloud in E57 or LAS. Alongside the point cloud, you receive a virtual tour of the site with measurements — something the whole team can open, not just the designer.

Why this is faster and more reliable than a tape measure

• One shift instead of a week. A floor of up to 1 500 м² is scanned in a single visit, including details that were not in the brief but may be needed later.
• The entire site is captured. We capture the whole space, rather than just twenty measurements on a checklist, so you can measure between any points later from your desk.
• Scanning does not disrupt ongoing work. The equipment is moved between scan positions, with no need to stop production or construction.
• The data stays with you. We deliver the files to you and host the tour on our Russian platform.

What you receive

A point cloud for the engineer. A tour for everyone else.

An E57 file is gigabytes in size and requires specialist software. It is not a practical way to show the site to a client or contractor.

The tour solves this problem: the link opens in a browser in a second, letting you walk through the site and take measurements directly on screen. A single site visit meets both engineering and communication needs.

What to know in advance

• Site access. Arranging access passes for an active construction site can take up to two weeks.
• Lighting. For floors without lighting, we schedule the survey during daylight hours or ask the site team to provide lighting.
• Temperature. Winter visits to buildings without a complete thermal envelope are arranged separately.
